Unable to Display Presence status in the from field
In Outlook 2003 I should be able to select
ToolsOptionsOtherPerson names Display Presence status in the from field While I can select 'enable person names smart tag' I cannot select "Display Presence status in the from field" it is greyed out and can't be selected. I wish to select this to enable correct functionality with Microsoft Office Communicator. Outlook is ver 2003 v11. SP2 MOC is 2005 v 1.0.559 Anybody know how to fix this.
