outlook 2007 crashes, please help
Hi
I have been using Outlook 2007 and it was all ok till I installed Franklin Covey Planplus for outlook Ver. 3. After I restarted my machine, outlook crashes during start itself i.e. it does open up but before I touch any menu bar, it crashes. I uninstalled Planplus but its tool bar was still there. Then I installed their latest version 4.1 but even that did not cure the problem. Then I uninstalled this as well but no avail. I don't know how to fix it but understand if I can disable all the add-ins to outlook without starting outlook because I know how to disable add-ins from outlook but it crashes before I reach the menu. Please help!!! Regards, John
