Can anybody solve this one please.

When I send an email out using a Group, CC and BCC and send it. When I go
to the sent items folder to see the message and print it out, I do not see
the To: area. I need to produce a screen shot of the sent message to prove I
have sent it properly and need to see this. Have I simehow removed it?

Regards. T

You didn't specify the To: line. Why do you want to print an empty field?

So you have used the To, CC and BCC field in your email and it only prints
the CC and BCC field? You weren't to clear on the first in your original
post.

Do other messages which only have a To, To and CC or To and BCC field
specified also print without the To information?

What version of Outlook are you using and what version of Internet Explorer?

Hi
I am using 2003.
My problem is I need to prove that I have sent an email as part of an exam.
When I send the message and try to print out the proof I get parts missing ie
the To; section. It happens to all my sent emails.

Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Regards. T
