I have a user that receives email periodically without any header
information... lastname, firstname ________________________________ From: To: Sent: Subject: all of the above is gone... it just start with the body of the text of received emails. thank you r davis

client is on Windows xp Pro with latest Sp's

Do these messages show correctly when looking at it in OWA?
Are you running a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook?
