Default missing header information

I have a user that receives email periodically without any header
information...

lastname, firstname
________________________________
From:
To: Sent:
Subject:

all of the above is gone... it just start with the body of the text of
received emails.

You might want to include some configuration information for us to work
with.

client is on Windows xp Pro with latest Sp's
using outlook 2003 with sp's
connecting to exchange 2003

Default missing header information

Do these messages show correctly when looking at it in OWA?
Are you running a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? Disable this
integration and try again.
