install outlook 2007
I installed Office Pro 2007 and everything worked fine for a few days.
After I did a routine cleanup with "WinCleaner" I lost Outlook. When I attempted to reinstall it THE OPTION WAS "X'd" OUT from the installation menu of the original CD.!! Neither windows repair or diagnostics could help.

I presume that WinCleaner is a registry cleaner? An absolute no-no as most of them do more harm than good.
Have you tried uninstalling all of Office and then reinstalling? If you don't get the results you want, then run the Windows Installer Cleanup Utiilty (be very careful not to check items you want to keep) and then reboot and try the installation again. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
