Default Bad Install

I installed Outlook 2003. When I try to start it gives an error message
saying "The connection to MS Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be
on connected to complete this action". When I click OK the program
terminates. I uninstalled Outlook and then reinstalled it and got the same
result. How do I completely uninstall this program so that I can get a clean
install?

Assuming you are not using Exchange, you use the mail applet in the control
panel to configure OL to use pop mail
