I am trying to use Outlook 2003 in Windows Vista, however, when Outlook is
run the Setup Wizard starts and asks to create a profile. After the profile has ben created it shows the following error: "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The information store could not be found." I've tried creating a new profile, adding data files, transfering my Outlook settings from my old computer, reinstalling Outlook, replacing the file secur32.dll, changing security and sharing features of Outlook and its folders, all to no avail. Can someone help me? and what is the "information store"? |
