Default Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.

Running Vista Home Premium, and Outlook 2007.

I use a company called ExchangeMyMail.com for my exchange server. I am
trying to setup my email on outlook on this machine, when I go to check name
i consistantly get this error "Outlook must be online or connected to
complete this action"

Other machines on the same network running XP Home and Pro, with Outlook
2007 work fine.

Any recomendations? (i've contacted their support and they are just as lost
as i!)

Has anyone run into this problem at all??????

I've googled and searched all i could, but all errors i've seen that relate
to something of this nature have to do with SBS or XP.

Please help!!!!
