Default Custom Form default mail messagge

But the custom form work well for me. I want to use IPM.Note.Custom instead
of IPM.note when click on message button or when I use shortcut CTRL-N.

Change the default custom form won't help you solve that problem. Look for an add-in here -- http://www.ivasoft.biz -- that should be able to address it.

I've a Custom form with "From" field, because we have more than one outcoming
account ( domain.com, domain.net, other_domain.com).
The idea is to use it for new mail and reply message.

This is a very bad idea that might not even be possible in your environment. Why don't you start at the beginning and explain what you hope to accomplish?

It might work well for you, but it won't work well for the people you're sending messages to. Non-Outlook recipients won't get any attachments you send them unless your server is set up to strip RTF/TNEF content from outgoing messages.
