I recently setup a new computer with Windows XP Pro 64 and Office 2003. I
then setup Outlook the get my email. Since I hadn't checked my email in a long time there was a lot. I started downloading it in batches of about 1000. After each batch I would delete it all and empty the junk folder. After 3 batches I would shut down Outlook and reboot. This worked fine until about 10,000. After that, everytime I hit send/receive Outlook would want to shut down and send an error message to Microsoft. I sent many. I am using CA for virus protection and have done several scans. All negative. What is causing this problem and how can I fix it? -- Thank you, by George -- Thank you, by George |
