Default Boss can receive e-mails from everybody but me

The company that employs me has its own e-mail system that we all e-mail each
other through. I have no trouble using it to send and receive e-mails to
everyone inside and outside of our company e-mail system with one exception -
my boss.

For some reason, she never receives the e-mails I send to her company
account. She receives them if I send them to her personal home account which
is not part of our company system. But e-mails I send from my address, with
our company's domain, to her address with our company's domain, just don't
get there. I never receive any kind of error message either - my messages to
her all end up in my "Sent Items" folder like they should.

She's not having a problem sending or receiving to/from anyone else inside
or outside the company - just receiving from me. This problem seemed to
start a couple of weeks or so ago.

She's checked her "Junk Mail" folder but my messages aren't in there. Are
there some settings I can tell her to check in her Outlook program?

Thanks!

What type of account are you working with? The reason that I ask is that if
it is Exchange, I would take a look at the message tracking logs on the
server.

Now that you mention it I've heard the term "Exchange Server." Maybe I
should have posted in that group instead.

I'll find out who within the company administers that and see what they can
find out.
