Default Time on computer correct, but time shown on incoming e-mails isnt

My new computer is set with the correct time showing in bottom right hand
corner. However, the time shown on incoming e-mails differs. Don't know
what to do to rectify this.

How does the time on the messages differ from the system time? WHat version
of Outlook? What version of Windows? What type of account?
