Default Free/Bust publishing on a Non-Anonymous FTP Server

I have been trying to share my free busy information on a ftp server that
does NOT have a anonymous FTP login. Here are the parameters:
1. I do not have a MS Exchange server (this is a small business with a
virtual office)
2. I am planning to use the ftp server from my ISP (which is a Unix Hostinng
package)
3. I have the userid and password to login to my ftp server (have tested that)
4. My colleague and I have Outlook 2003 with SP2

Here is what we have done until now:
A. Read the VARIOUS KB notes on MS websites (Article ID : 291621, Article ID
: 307034, Article ID : 842166, Article ID : 827775, "Sharing your Outlook
information" By Eric Legault)
B. Went to Tools OptionsCalender OptionsFree Busy Options
C. Clicked box which says Publish at my location and typed in
path/Freebusy/user1.vfb
exactly as suggested by the various articles
D. No LUCK publishing the schedule
E. then tried method suggested in article Article ID : 291621 of defining a
ftp location. Could NOT do that since the "look in" box did not give me an
option to modify ftp locations. As a matter of fact, all I saw was
"outlook.pst" file and nothing else. This artcle also suggests that one can
use the "send/Rcv" feature of Outlook 2003 to only sync the Freebusy portion.
That is also not correct since I do not have such an option.

PLEASE HELP
