Default How do I find emails after reconfiguring outlook account?

Eeek - I have just reconfigured my Microsoft Outlook account by downloading a
PICS Rules File and seem to have lost all my saved emails, emails in my
inbox, folders and contacts from my account. Are they recoverable or saved
on my computer somewhere? Or are they lost forever... Please help!
