unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Doxigrafix asked:

| A colleague of mine has a problem with MS Outlook 2003 that I have

| was- so I walked her through all the settings for her Outlook 2003
| over the phone to double-check them.... but when we came to the place
| to enter her username and password, the place to enter her password
| was blank and grayed out. We tried several things and nothing would
| make it to where it would let her enter a password.

| Has anyone else ever encountered this? Any ideas as to what might
| help? I'm thinking I might be able to figure it out if I were there
| in front of her computer but I'm not.
