A colleague of mine has a problem with MS Outlook 2003 that I have never seen
before. She was getting an error message- not sure what it was- so I walked her through all the settings for her Outlook 2003 over the phone to double-check them.... but when we came to the place to enter her username and password, the place to enter her password was blank and grayed out. We tried several things and nothing would make it to where it would let her enter a password. Has anyone else ever encountered this? Any ideas as to what might help? I'm thinking I might be able to figure it out if I were there in front of her computer but I'm not. |

Have you tried a new mail profile?

Yes, as a matter of fact. I walked her through totally removing the old one
and putting in a new one... it was still grayed out! Thanks for replying. :-) ---------------------------------- "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: Have you tried a new mail profile? --Â Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
