i found some info about how to scanpst.exe . did that went to search found
file double clicked and what it show is a broken envelope icon and a space for me to enter name of file.? or browse when I browse where and what am i browse for..and what if that pst file is not found ......thank you for your assistance -- cyn

Hi cyn,
what is a PST file? Outlook store all information (E-Mails, Calendar, Contacts etc.) in one file, a PST file. (PST = Personal Store). Word save a document in ".doc" files, Excel (mostly) in ".xls", Outlook in ".PST" files. thank you for the info... but i still don't know what to type in the area
