Default Resetting Outlook Defaults

When I create a new profile on an existing account, should Outlook give me a
new, clean mailbox with default views, settings, etc. for that new profile,
or does it keep the current mailbox settings?

New profiles will use new PSTs if you tell them to or old PSTs if that's
what you specify. It's up to you completely.

Thanks, Brian, I only tried deleting the old profile and recreating a new
one. It must be using the same .pst because it retained all the previous
settings. How can I tell Outlook to create a new, "clean" .pst? My ultimate
goal is to reset the profile back to a clean install. I hope that makes
sense!

Control PanelMailShow ProfilesAdd will create the new profile. The Data
Files button will allow you to create the new, empty PST.
