Can a rule forward word .doc attachments to a folder?

Default Can a rule forward word .doc attachments to a folder?

I have a large pst file (2.6 gig) I need to remove the attached word docs.
Can I create a rule to forward just "word .docs" attachments to a folder? or
better yet to a file outside of Outlook?
