How do I configure Outlook for a new email address?

We have 2 old email addresses stored in Outlook, both on ISPs which we no
longer use. We now use Hotmail and Comcast. When we click on any "contact us"
link that uses Outlook, we get an error message. I simply do not know how to
fix it. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Delete the old accounts, in OL, and set up the new accounts, for Comcast use
the info in their help pages.
Hotmail can only be accessed if you have a paid for hotmail account
