Default how do i set up oulook 2003 from windows mail on vista home premi.

how do i set up oulook 2003 from windows mail on vista home premium-I ran
outlook 2003 before and had many problems with vista -signing in my password
numerous times etc-have those issues been fixed? I like outlook 2003 how can
I easily transfer my data and contacts from windows mail to outlook 2003?
