I have Vista Home Premium, and although I have a couple of ongoing problems
with Vista, Outlook has generally behaved itself until today. I can receive email but can't send. Items go from the outbox into Sent Mail but never reach the recipient, including test emails which I've sent to myself that never arrive. Any ideas what to check? Thanks |

I have a similar problem - Are you with Tiscali - I am?
They tell me that they have been hit by Spammers and this is causing emails not to reach recipients. Same problem with Outlook 2007 on my computer. Have tried the steps on
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/286106#top, but without success. Hope someone can sort this out. It would be much appreciated. You're right, it is an ISP problem. Tiscali have been used by spammers
allegedly, so other ISPs are blocking mail from Tiscali accounts. Hopefully will be sorted in the next few days.
