how do I ensure Outlook use Office and not viewer?
We use Outlook at work through Citrix and every time I open an Office
document from an e-mail it defaults to viewer. How can I ensure that Outlook uses my (installed) Office products instead?

Assuming I understand the question correctly, you would want to talk to the
folks that run the Citrix server to see if they support opening doc, xls, ppt, in their respective applications. "julie cooke" wrote in message ...
