when I receive html email with images I need to download the images before
they appear. But today I received an email from dlink that downloaded all at
once without asking me. I checked all the settings and they as they should be
to stop images loading.

On the top of the email it reads: If you cannot read this click here for the
html version. But html is what I am looking at..
