Default CAN Send, CANNOT Recieve. Please help!

Hi, Ive recently taken a switch from Mozilla Thunderbird to Outlook - Mainly
beacuse of the compatablitly between my PDA and Work computer.

I have 3 email accounts:

1 Personal GMAIL account )
1 BACKUP Work Account with BT Connect )
1 Main Work Account with BT Connect )

All emails work with webmail fine, however when I link it into outlook, I
can send, but all emails DONT Recieve - the connection test wizard says its
connected fine for ALL 3 accounts; when I press send and recieve, it appears
if its downloading a message, but it doesnt appear in tthe inbox!? Can
someone PLEASE Help me!?
