Hi

i trialed 2007 and tried to revert back to office xp and it doesnt see any
folfers / emails etc

it doesnt "recognise the IMap" or something similar

I tried to subscribe to another 2007 trial and was accepted but then it said
my trial had expired although ot did see the folfders etc on 2007 version

my question is how do i go back and retain my folders emails or has 2007
corrupoted these due to diferent OS protocol

Hi

I did try to unistall the trail after it completed the 60 days

then the trouble began...

I have a cable connection with comcast

I looked into the link but it wont let me export as it says the outlook.pst
version is incompatible

help - I have lost all my folders purely for trying Outlook 2007

If you used origonally OL2002 you should'nt have lost your data files,
however its allways possible you overwrote them.
When you trialed the Office2007 & OL if you created a new data file this
file is incompatible with OL2002 and cannot be read.

Either search to include hidden, for *.pst, note the path, then in OL,
FileOpenPersonal Folders........browse to the location. If your origonal
pre OL2007 data file is there it can be opened.

Further reading of the link posted will indicate the default location for
the data file.

If you're using an IMAP account, all your mail is on the server and adding
an IMAP account to OL 2002 will allow you to see it all. However, your
conatcts, tasks, calendar, etc., are on OL 2007 format and are not
compatible with OL 2007. You'll need to use a copy of OL 2007 to create an
OL 2002-compatible PST, which you'll be able to use them. See of this
