Hi
I've recently migrated a division of my company to their own Exchange server and they use RPC/HTTPS to connect. Previously when they were on the mail Exchange server once they logged in once successfully they were never prompted to enter their USERNAME during logon - just their password. The username was rememberd by Outlook. Now on this new server I have to type in their username in the format 'domain\username' ie 'abc.int\fredbloggs' This is causing concern for our users and I've no idea why they are now being asked for this.... can any of you guys help? |
