I am transferring my Outlook files from Outlook 2005 running onXP to Outlook
2007 running on Vista Home Premium. I have read all of the information regarding transferring my .pst files to my new PC but I am getting this error message when I try to copy the files to a flash drive. "Cannot copy outlook: The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file." Outlook is CLOSED when I get this message. My CD burner does not work and I am trying to copy the files to a flash drive so that I can then move them to the new PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
