Default change after switch from outlook 2000 to 2003 standard office edit


Hello,
the user want the previous outlook feature back in 2003. Is it a way to set
the following or it is imposssible.

1/ internet explorer favourite pates available in the menu bar. in office
2003, there is not more favorites in the menu bar. Please advise how to add
it back.

2/ the user want o have three panes - one for the outlook shortcut, one
for folder list, one for the mail itself. Please advise how to set such view.

1. You need to customize the menu bar -

2. outlook doesn't support that type of view - you can have the folder list
and shortcuts buttons and hide the other navigation buttons but you can't
have them side by side. personally, the user needs give it 2 weeks to get
used to the navigation pane -
