I've got a PST file here that when I try to open it, outlook says that the
file has not been shut down correctly and then scans the file.
After that says that the file is too large and that I have to delete some
messages and then open again.
But the problem is that I can't open it to delete some messages.
Do you have a clue of what might be the problem and how can I open the file?

your Outlook version is?
How huge is the PST file?

The default PST of Outlok 97-2002 is 2GB limited.

This tool "delete" some entries, so you can open it again:
