Default OL 2003 SBE - contacts issue

What would cause the Global Address List to come up empty when creating a New
email and clicking "To.."? We are running Exchange 2003. Only one person in
our small company (about 20 clients) has this issue. His list of contacts is
intact and he can use it to send enail, but the GAL is just those on our
server. Thanks.

Is the GAL empty or the address book not showing contacts in his mailbox?

if the contacts don't show in the address book, right click on it and check
properties - is it enabled as an address book?

Turns out this was an easy one - just had to enable his Contacts as an
address book - Thanks Diane!
