Default attempting to open jpeg in Outlook error 'application not foun

Hello Diane, thanks for your help! Not sure if they are real JPEG's, yes if
I save them to the desktop I can open them. The interesting thing is that
to my knowledge nothing has changed in the settings. I used to be able to
open themdirect in outlook. I have a young daughter who experiments a bit!
I think all attachments used to open in Nero or mediaplayer. Now only the
video attachments open. Hope this makes sence.
Thanks

if they open from the desktop, they are real. fakes ones are viruses.

right click on a jpg on the desktop and choose the option for 'open with...
' then choose default from the bottom of the list. Typically, you want
picture manager, fax and image viewer or an installed image editor as the
viewer.
