![]() I have Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 clients. How do I prevent users from adding additional mailboxes (other than their own) to their Outlook profiles? I am afraid that someone may be trying to read email of other users by adding extra profiles in Outlook. I know you can go in to the Control Panel and access the Mail settings but this can also be done via OutlookToolsEmail Accounts... I have the Control Panel disabled but how do I stop this via Outlook or Exchange? Group Policy maybe? (I can't find a setting though.) Thanks in advance! |
