Default how use SEND BEHALF

Hi,

I have to setup an email account for a sale representative but, we want that
2 other people to be able to send email for the representative. So what I
want to setup is...An email account that the sale representative manage him
self, but lets the two other people to be able to send soubmission, but if
the customer do a reply the mail will be send to the representative email
account.
I don't really understand how works the send behalf option into exchange
server. I dont want the other people able to read the sale representative's
email and I dont want the sale representative to have to check at 2 places to
made a fellow up to the soubmission...

Some one can help me, to setup or to understand how works send behalf option..

How about configuring a "REPLY TO" address so that the replies come to
the Sale Representative's box.

To do this, go to the email account of "2 other people and right from
the properties panel you can enter reply to address.

Hope this helps.
