I recently had to nuke my hard drive, having backed up everything beforehand.
Are there any files I can copy from the previous installation of Office, or
registry tweaks, that I can do so that I don't have to go through all the
settings again?

Many of the settings Outlook uses are registry settnigs, so if you could
find a tool that would read the old registry file and extract those
settings, it's conceivable.

I posted a similar message in the Word forums and the response was to either
do something with the registry or create a macro with the settings you want.
I did the latter, which is a great idea. Would this also work with Outlook?
I'm more familiar with Word macros.
