Default Outlook 2003 New Message "To:" Field Population

I'm looking to migrate users to new computers. In Outlook 2003, many users
are used to being able to just type in the beginning of a name in the new
message "To:" box and have the rest of the email address
auto-complete/suggest names.

Where is this list stored? Is there a way to save the list and load in on
another machine?

Thank you for any assistance.
