I upgraded to Outlook 2007 earlier this week with no problems. I then
upgraded from Windows XP to Vista which is when my outlook problem began. My contacts, calendar and emails/folders all worked fine and showed up after upgrading to Office 2007, but after upgrading to Vista I have nothing but my newest emails (from yesterday and today). I'm at wits end as to what to do. I've search the knowledge base and many of the communities but no luck. Anyone else have this problem and if so, is it correctable? I have the windows.old directory and all of the other files/folders that were under windows xp. Thanks in advance for your help. |
