Default How do I change overall Outlook 2007 appearance?

Hi, a customer just upgraded to Outlook 2007.
The fonts of everything not in the reading pane are some thin dotted letters.
I thought it could be the cleartype thing in windows, but that has been
checked.

How can I change the fonts in Outlook so it is something similar to ie.
Outlook 2003?
