I am attempting to follow instructions in Article Q197577 which references a
choice of "Services" on the Outlook 2003 Tools Menu dropdown. However, I do not have the Services option available on any menu dropdown. What do I need to do to locate the Services tool so I can resolve the original issue, which was adding a Public Folder as an Address Book within Outlook? I have checked the Options section and do not see an option to add it to any toolbar, either. Thanks, |
