MS Outlook error message: default e-mail folders won't load
I've installed MS Office XP but when I open Outlook, I get an error message
that the default e-mail folders won't load and then it shuts down. Can anyone help with this?

MS Outlook error message: default e-mail folders won't load
Try creating a new mail profile. Go to Control Panel and find the Mail
application (it's under User Accounts in Category View), then click Show Profiles. Create a new profile and tell Outlook to start with that one.
