Hi everyone,
A year or so I installed Outlook 2003 on my machine and no problems. Recently I've added a personal profile for my wife so she can do her things with her programms when she logs in. But, when she logs in and starts Outlook 2003, the programme returns with a message of configuring Outlook 2003 (again). Since I've got about 10 mail accounts, it's not what I had in mind. Does anyone know how I can adjust any setting in my profile (I'm the administrator) or in Outlook or in the registry, so that the mail arrives at one spot on the computer regardless who is logged in? Love to hear from you, Kind regard, Ed. |

Are you currently both sharing the same .PST file for your Outlook data?

Try adding a new profile to Outlook just for your wife (you may have to do it
under her Windows login) and then just point it to the same .PST file you already use. Make sure her autoarchive settings are pointing to the same archive file if you want to keep sharing that as well. -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** " wrote: On 27 jul, 06:08, Jocelyn Fiorello [MVP - Outlook] om wrote: Are you currently both sharing the same .PST file for your Outlook data? -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** " wrote: Hi everyone, A year or so I installed Outlook 2003 on my machine and no problems.
