Default How can I copy from.....

DL, reading from one of your responses dated 7.29.07 4.34 am quote "OL
FileOpenData File.....browse to location" when I highlight the file,
archive.pst right click copy and try to paste into a folder, it says "cannot
copy archive..."

Likewise I also cannot paste the contacts.pst and there is a message '
cannot copy contacts. The process cannot access the file because another
process hasloaded a portion of the file".

So how can I transfer and back up the emails, thanks
