How can I copy from.....
Its not entirely clear as to whether you are trying to open a data file or
merely copy from one to another There is a free OL backup addin on MS OL site Generally you copy a pst (data file) to some other location ONLY when OL is closed - do it whilst OL is open and you will corrupt the data file "lauraqto" wrote in message ... DL, reading from one of your responses dated 7.29.07 4.34 am quote "OL FileOpenData File.....browse to location" when I highlight the file, archive.pst right click copy and try to paste into a folder, it says "cannot copy archive..." Likewise I also cannot paste the contacts.pst and there is a message ' cannot copy contacts.The process cannot access the file because another process hasloaded a portion of the file". So how can I transfer and back up the emails, thanks
