Default Map search facility Outlook.

The Map Search facility when using the Address Book in Windows Outlook uses
Expedia Maps as its default search program. Can I change the default to
Googles Maps??

Is there no way to go to the registry and change the default 'map' to
Google maps or to Mapquest?...in the same way that you can change the
default picture editing program from MSPaint to another photo edit ing
program?

Not that I'm aware of. Google would need to produce an add-in. I hope they
do. Maybe you can find somewhere to suggest this.

For older versions of Outlook (2002 and earlier), definitely. See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/displaymap.htm . Not for OL 2003 or 2007,
though. You can, however, purchase and install MapPoint and Outlook will
use it.
