Default What is the Add-In, "C:\PROGRA~1\SPAMBL~1\BIN\47\~1.0\SBOL EXT.DL

This is a third party DLL. Any chance you had a 3rd party spam blocker
utility installed? (Start outlook and go to Tools Options Other tab
Advanced Options AddIn Manager (and/or COM Addins) and ditch something
called Spam Blocker for MS Outlook)
