Receive message "operation failed" when trying to send/receive in
I am moving from OL Express to OL and just finished exporting my messages
from OLE to OL and now cannot send or receive any messages. When I try I get an "operation failed" message.

I didn't try... Should I delete my profile and start over to try

Sounds like you haven't connected Outlook to the Personal Folder file.
