We are running in an Exchange 2003 environment with all users on Outlook
2003. One user has her Outlook profile configured for her mailbox ). She has added (configured in ToolsE-mailNextChangeMore SettingsAdvancedopen these additional mailboxes) as a second mailbox in her Outlook profile. She claims that previously when she was in the info inbox and created a new message, the From field would default to info@. Now, when she attempts that it defaults to the profile's mailbox name. As far as I know, this was not possible for new messages, only possible when replying to or forwarding messages sent to this info@ account. Can someone set me straight or point me in the direction of a MS KB that confirms my suspicions. I'm at an impasse with this user at the moment. |
