Do you have the Live Search Maps add-in? If so, try installing this:

That link was posted a LONG time ago and since then, Microsoft has deleted the
product. You can't get it any more.

Click ok to try again, or enter and alternative path to a folder containing
the
installation package 'LeoShimSetup.msi' in the box below.

then another box says

An installation package for the product Windows live local add-in for
microsoft office outlook cannot be found.
Try the installations again using a valid copy of the installation package
'LeoShimSetup.msi'
