Default Outlook 2003 Email Options

When I click on the "To" and the Select Names popup menu appears, how do I
customize the "select Names from the" and I can choose from a list of
Contacts, All Contacts, Global Address List, etc...?

I just want two options in the "Select Names From The" popup menu.

Thanks,

Tools | Address Book tehn Tools Options. You need the folder set to be shown
as an Outlook Address Book and the Outlook Address Book and any others
needed added via Tools | Email Accounts ....

Thank you for the response; however; the Global Address Book is showing at
the top, then contacts. The other options are in the drop down menu; but I
do not want them to show up when I click on "To" and the next menu pops up
and shows "Show Names From The" menu, I only want the Global Address List and
Contacts to show in that menu.

How do I modify the "Show Names From The" menu to show only two options?

Thx.

You don't want what "other options" to show up? You can stop showing a
folder as an address book and remove address books as easily as you can add
them.
