How to repair OL 2003 address book

I transferred OL 2003 to new pc with Vista Home pro. The contacts folder
appears and i can see all contact info, but when I click on tools, address
book I get thismessage:
"Address list could not be displayed. Contacts folder or associated with
this address list could not be opened.

ContactsProperties...show as an email address book
